- Driving Sales and Revenue for multiple states, P&L owner while ensuring bottom-lin.
- Sustain existing business, maintain & grow business to newer geographies for expansion.
- Be a mentor, hire, train, motivate and nurture team leaders for collective growth strategy.
- Track, monitor & improve teams / individual productivity with efficiency.
- Control and improvise manpower cost of sales, focus on lean team management.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with retailers and is a people person.
- Must act as a bridge between the organisation, markets and retailers.
- Display efficiency in gathering mar-and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices of various mobile phones.
- Help internal teams in forecasting the regional requirements and plan procurement.
- Own and review performance and aim at exceeding target.
